Thrive scores change often. A Thrive score taken right after something bad happens, like breaking up with a boyfriend or girlfriend, is going to be much lower than one taken after something good happens, like acing a test. These scores are useful to help understand what’s going on with your friend or family member and know how to ask more questions to uncover if something negative is going on that maybe they need help with, or just a supportive ear.

We break the Thrive Scores into 5 categories:

  • Excelling
  • Thriving
  • Surviving
  • Struggling
  • In-Crisis

Click on any of the above to learn more about what these thrive scores mean, and how you can help.
